Weather: 70s (VERY WARM)

Comments:
Ran on Idaho to Quebec and turned around. Calf was very tight on the steady portion, but felt fine on the tempo (which felt great, I also hit a long light on it). Overall felt very in shape during the tempo but very warm.
Looped around my block once to cool down.
Strength: Planks (1:00 per), PLL (15 per), Crunch Progression (45 per), Pushup progression (2 per) + ankle strength
