Comments:
I did 8x400 , I didn't feel that bad at all it kinda felt manageable because I had quite a bit of rest and also I was pacing behind Kier and kayla so the workout doesn't feel as bad if I don't take off from the gun like I normallly do. The last one I ran by myself and I wanted to shout out to fabi for motivating me on the last one the last 150 hurts
