Comments:
Did an "out and back" on a bike before leaving for the airport. 20 mins easy, 20 mins harder, 5 min cool down. Wasn't sure how much I'd be able to do in the days after that because of travel and lack of sleep on planes (and I wasn't able to do much since I am logging this on Tuesday), so glad I got this in.
