8xmile on the bike path. Due to the snow, I had to go one mile out, one mile back. Started at Echo and ran out a mile. Rest was 60 seconds standing. Splits were 5:36, 5:21, 5:20, 5:17, 5:15, 5:12, 5:09, 5:09. Definitely exhausted at the end.
