Exercise Type: Run

Weather: so i guess i'm performing slam poetry on april 10th lol

So neither of my arms are sore, but oddly enough they felt stronger when I woke up. I'm not sure "stronger" is the right word cause that doesn't usually happen overnight, but they definitely felt different, and not in a bad way. Today I decided to run 3 miles instead of 4 because I was feel kinda tired. The other girls were going up Remington which I was kinda reluctant about. I went with them anyway because I didn't want to run alone and I've gotta get used to hills again at some point. I got a little snack halfway up Remington which I would've appreciated if it wasn't a bug. I felt my foot for the first time in weeks when I was running back down which kinda freaked me out, but it went away the moment I stopped running downhill so I guess it just wasn't used to the extra impact. I biked for about 25 minutes, stretched, and did the shortest ab workout ever when I got back.
