Comments:
Calves felt REALLY tight the whole run, but the tempo felt smooth (decided to do it today because I think I might have access to a bike tomorrow, and was a day ahead of the schedule anyway).
Ran down Cathedral to Wisconsin up to near tenley circle and turned back
