My google spreadsheet log has been broken for a while, and I'm too excel illiterate to bother fixing it. Logging cross training there feels silly anyway. Logged the week before spring break in my journal, but when journal entries and log entries started competing for space, I returned here on a temporary basis.

My vision is to cross train for an hour every day until I can run again (ca. 4/20, optimistically). Consistency is the only route to sanity. Is it actually possible to maintain ANY running fitness at all? We'll just have to see.
