Comments:
We're in Annapolis for the weekend and I didn't think I would be running so I unfortunately only packed tennis shoes :(, and that made my run today pretty painful on the feet. Since I'm a day ahead on the schedule, switched the hill workout and steady run, and skipped striders because of my feet. Mileage is an estimate, ran 2 big loops on the trail and 1 little loop
