Decided to take my dog for an easy two miles up Westhaven and then back down. I haven't run since February 28th, although I have been doing weights a few times a week usually, and playing a lot of pickup basketball. So, it's like I haven't been active, I just haven't been runningactive. I felt a lot strong on hills, which was funny, because I hadn't run in so long. Maybe it was because of all of the squats and plyometrics that I have been doing? And last time I took a break from running after cross, I felt tired after half a mile the first run back even after not running for just one week. This time, I made it a mile uphill and didn't stop at all. Shot some hoops afterwards, then called it a day.
