Comments:
Aaron came over and we did a hill workout on my street. The hill is moderately steep, and pretty long. The 200 meters is a conversion of the length of the hill in miles, plus about 25 meters at the top for cresting. I felt pretty good, but maybe a little dehydrated because of the deceptive heat today. It didn't feel too hot at first, but it turned out to be pretty muggy once we warmed up. Team work was good, and we were able to pace our way through very well I thought. Did a very slow jog after and a long stretch plus ankle strength.
