AM Hill Workout

Comments:
Fine. Twinge in calf that became very painful later in the day, causing difficulty walking while I was at the Nats game. Hills themselves were ok. Hill was steep and I felt tired at the end, so a fairly successful workout. Splits were a little erratic.
