Weather: nice, still hot
Comments:
solid canal 10 miler, splits (roughly): 6:32 (plus a little), 7:14, 6:43, 7:03 (long mile), 6:29, 6:21, 7:00, 6:34, 6:30, 6:00ish for the last mile, felt like i was in a very good rhythm, didn't have to push it too much and it just felt sort of natural, very good run
