Comments:
whew tough race. pushed the second mile like i was supposed too, glad I did but died pretty bad, i think that last mile will come along better on an easier course and with a few more workouts. getting excited! very tired after cheering for everyone, it was sort of like doing repeat 400 after racing all ohios getting from place place for the rest of the races, plus major hills.
