pleasant with justine and andrea to get 40 in. talked to coach and she said she was thinking i would go down in milage this upcoming week i think. can still feel my hip but am going to keep stretching it and go talk to chris on monday. it doesnt really slow me down or bother me too much when I am runnning so that is good.
