Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Whether at clinic or on own... looking for today to have some intervals as follows:
Run 1 mile moderate pace( thinking 7:30 to 7:45 depending on weather)
Rest 3 min
Run 3x400m fast at 5k speed with 90 sec. rest in between
Run 1 mile moderate again
Finish with 3x400m at speed again..
This is a great 10k type workout. The idea is to run at a lactate threshold pace, speed up to 5k pace and then go back to threshold...
Hope we can get it in. One way or another!
Cooldown 1 to 2 miles easy for miealage!
