Comments:
***did a 1/2 mile as a warm up so I could go to the bathroom lol. I think this is it for this week. my legs were done and hip started hurting again AND I got chased by a snapping german shepherd. i'm going to the chiropractor a couple times this week and yoga...for real this time
If everything feeling ok, I'm going to put you right back to work with a ten miler. But let's make it as easy and comfortable as possible coming off the race..
