Weather: windy, cool.

Comments:
we got to McQuaid at about 12:00. we walked the 3 mile course, then sat for a little while. we started warming up at 3:30 because our race startd at 4:22. we jogged, stretched, and did speed developement. the race started and i went out pretty fast, but i was in the middle-back. i had the corning guys in sight the whole time. i was slowly gaining on them and passing people one at a time. i caught up with nick, then zack, then i got up to cedric, tim, and brenden. i passed them but they were right on me for the rest of the race. i finished in 72, 17:10:99, and 4th on the team. i felt good during the race and it was good being able to run a boys seeded varsity race and do pretty well.
