all-ohio meet. the course was super muddy which slowed down an already pretty slow course. pretty happy with the race though, it was a good effort, even if my time (31:25) was pretty shitty. ran relatively even, first 2 miles about 6:00, 3 and 4 about 6:40, and the last around 6:00, but looking at the race splits everyone including the leaders slowed down 30-40 seconds on miles 3-4 so i'm okay with that.
