Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today was based mainly on our form work. We went out for 26 mins to class and then to the commons and back then we did some good form work and quicker strides. Afterward, I stayed back and pumped up the sprinters while I got a few laps in for some more mileage. I've had a lot of fun running these past few weeks, something that is easy to loose track of but is essential. I'm in a stage right now where I just want to be the best I can be so I just do whatever Coach asks of me and that's it. And I work as hard as I can while doing it. I just want to win right now and that makes running a lot more simple. Being in the zone like this makes everything in life a little easier. I'm working harder in school, and just enjoying everything.
