Comments:
The rain was coming down pretty hard but it wasn't too cold, it was actually a pretty nice temp. I wasn't feeling great and I was planing one sticking to 40 minutes instead of 50 but out at giles we decided to go swimming since we were already wet. The cold water was really shocking but afterwards I felt really refreshed! I think the water sort of woke me up. We ended up adding on a boyton mile at the end.
