Comments:
I wasn't sure if I was going to run this meet because of the amount of pain my quads were in. From not breaking 5 to running a 4:46 for the first time I break 5 feels really good. I feel optimistic because I felt I had a lot more left and felt like settled for a 4:46. My first 800 was 2:25 and the second 800 was 2:21, so I negative split. This just makes me believe I can go below 4:40. For the 800 my quads simply just gave out and my start was not very good.
