Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Slightly pollen-y, but very nice
Comments:
6x400 at AU with Abby, Jenna, Joyce, David katz, and Matt for the last one. Ran most of them with or about a second behind Abby and was close to the target pace Leah gave us (around 1:35). It was very consistent and faster than I was running last year so I'm satisfied. It felt like a good a very good workout and I'm really glad I had Abby to push me because she gave me a point to focus on during each interval. The last one was helpful because Matt pushed both of us. If only I could pace the mile this well...
I also promised Daniel Koenig yesterday that I would race him in a 100 and got badly demolished after the workout. Run back was very pleasant
