Weather: evening time. 86 at the beginning and 81 by the end. clear

Comments:
Felt pretty tired at the beginning, but I was still moving at a descent pace. Settled into an easy pace for about the middle six miles, then did 10x100m strides (felt good on a few of them and like my legs were bricks on others), then bumped up the intensity for about the last five or six miles to a comfortably hard feeling (although the pace didn't increase much). It turned out to be an okay quality run, getting better as it went along.

left knee bugged just a bit. more beat-up soarness than the past few days' runs. dipped my feet in the kokosing afterwards. can't eat enough.
