Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
* took lots of character stops and no pr. super hot and humid. Low back pain into sciatica pain down my leg. Ugh. Otherwise it was a great race, well workout
Like I mentioned , we are largely just testing this like a regular long run that happens to be fun in Disney:)
Let's start at 11 ish pace and see how that feels, but no pushing hard on this one. Just one mile at a time!
