Comments:
Hoping we can get 5 miles in today if the rest of the week went according to plan.
I definitely want to see some faster pickups though the last .1 of each mile.
Really just trying to increase leg turnover tho, nothing too taxing

Tried to run 5 miles, stomach started to bother menaround mile 3, tried to walk it off and start back up.
