Dang... I almost thought I was done with this injury. It looks like starting tomorrow I'll be doing alot of biking. Luckily, my bike just got done being tuned so it's ready for pickup. Can't wait for that orthotic next Friday.

7:15 PM- Thank God for Google Earth because I didn't believe the towpath mile markers down at the Big Bend trailhead. I could have sworn I was moving faster than 8 minutes per mile...
