Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
5x2 mile workout on the bike path. Warmed up to the bike path and did drills and 5 minutes. Went by the markers from the Half Unplugged, as they were still spray painted on the ground. Splits were 11:00, 10:57, 10:54, 10:47, 10:53. Definitely tired on the last one. Had to use the bathroom on the third rep so that time is a little off. Solid workout.
