6 jog- pick up the pace

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We as a team had a 6 mile jog. We ran to the gravel and back for our first mile, we were going really slow, which we usually do on jog days. But today I was feeling really good so when we started the 5 mile Forest loop I pushed the 10 min pace to like a 9 then by the 4th mile we were doing 8:45s the last mile we really picked it up to like 8:15s. On the last half mile Jackie and I raced, we did the last half in less than 4 minutes, which is faster than an 8. It was a very good run. Not hard, but not terribly easy.
