Comments:
8x400 at AU with one minute recoveries and an extended recovery halfway through with Isabel, Maddi, three Burke girls, and Lulu and Sara for some of them. I didn't expect a workout today, because I thought I would be racing tomorrow, but I felt fine on the run over, if a little dehydrated. The first three intervals felt really good, then I sort of felt my throat get really dry on the fourth one. After the extended recovery I felt ready to go and tried to keep up with Isabel. Most of the intervals, I tried to get out kind of strong in the first 100m and then just go off of Isabel or Maddi. It was really nice to run with the Burke girls
p.s: Isabel I tried the acronym and this is the best I could come up with
