Comments:
I had an chiropractic appointment and my IT bands got pretty beat up and they were painful during the warmup and the workout. I was sick yesterday but nothing horrible I think that I was just really fatigued during this workout. I was supposed to do 3x2000meters but my legs felt dead and I gradually kept slowing down so much. It was pretty rough and kinda bummed with how it went cause i feel like most of my distance workouts on the track have been crappy this year.
