Comments:
2 mile warmup, 12x 1 min on/ 2 min off. On sections started around 5:30, majority at around 5:20, last 2 to 3 were probably 5:00 or better pace. Short cooldown (6 minutes i think?) Felt kind of uncoordinated when I tried to accelerate, but that is not a big deal right now. I got stuck in the sprinklers on Sawmill Parkway again, they always turn on at 9:00 and I seem to be there when they turn everytime I run this loop.
