*got a massage at the chiropractors office. pain is a lot better. Probably will get adjusted again soon and possibly another massage. I don't have time to get to Ocala this week. She said my piriformis felt a little tight but not terrible. She said it could be my psoas. The massage guy after iron girl said hip flexor too so I am doing those stretches and the thing you posted. Run felt fantastic today. Amazing how easy recovery is after not racing
Easy 4 miles coming off of Dusney...
Want the sciatica stuff to calm down a bit, but taking extra days off would probably not help it anyway...
