Tempo run

Want to take advantage of no clinic. If everything feels well, let's take today to be a 5 mile tempo run!

So warm up one mile very easy

Stop, stretch , drills etc.
I would start out around 10:30 to 10:45 pace and see how you feel from there. This isn't about getting faster each mile, but just maintaining a steady state pace/effort once you feel things out.
As always pace depends on a lot of factors!!
Run 5 miles at tempo pace...
