* hot and hilly...did not display the best decision making skills this morning lol. Wanted to mix up the route a bit because I am bored with the same old so took on the hilliest possibly and went out stupid late so ended up chasing the shadows and breeze and decided going an extra mile would be fine lol. So heat training and hills (check)
