Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I didn't have any time to run all day and when I got back to Ithaca around 6:30 I had to eat dinner, then let it settle a little before I could run. I was only planning on waiting an hour but there was a crazy lighting storm and I was not about to run in that. The storm quieted down after awhile so I left for my run at 8:30. It was still raining but I was a refreshing rain. I had such a good workout! Except for heavy legs, I felt soo good and I definitely could have fone more reps. My brother came along with me on his bike since it was really dark and it was so nice, it made the workout so much easier. I cut the rest of most of the reps to two minutes because 3 felt really long and I was a bit rushed for time.
