Tempo

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Want to take advantage of no clinic, and get some tempo running in.
Warm up .5 mikes easy..
Get some stretches and strides in.
Run 2 miles at tempo pace. NOW it is hot and you haven't been feeling great since trip, so when I say tempo I mean sonething like 8:30 to 9ish for now depending on weather, hills, wind etc.

We are just trying to get the legs come back around so don't get frustrated if it's not 8 min pace!!!
