Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran before my pt appointment which was nice to get it out of the way. My legs felt pretty crappy for the first part of the run but either I got used to it or they felt for the second half. I feel like my form is killing the rest of my body because it puts repeated stress on certain areas and I can never be in a comfortable position. Also I lost my saved run on my watch but when I mapped it, it came out to 7.08 and I didn't run over 6 so this is just a guess
