Mile repeats

Comments:
Today's workout was 5xmile at tempo paces with a minute in between. I did the workout with Neil today and it felt pretty good besides the wind that I was taking each rep since I was leading. The wind was definitely tough and I had to work the back stretch extra hard. You could easily take off like 6-8 seconds each rep. The rest was easily the hardest part it felt like you never got much of a rest. But each rep I was just focusing on what I was doing and not looking way ahead in the workout so it went by much quicker. The last one I worked the pace down for the last lap or so. I probably hit around a 70 or so which was decent. Good workout overall hit my times and it didn't feel that bad at all.
