Figured I'd come up with something genuinely challenging today. Found the squash courts empty and dark, and hopped on. 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 minute ladder at as fast as I could for the given amount of time at a challenging resistance, with half the recovery of the interval just completed. The bike at the squash courts does not have a digital display, so I ended up watching the reflection of my feet in the glass to keep my cadence high.
