Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran by myself for my long run today. Went around the trail loop at buttermilk that was a little over a mile long. Then went straight up Sandbank. I was really working hard going up and it's tough for sure by yourself. I had a crazy headwind on me too which didn't help much. Crested over the top then headed to the upper rim trails, which was nice since it was shaded. Haven't been on these trails for a while so I forgot how much I liked them. I found some trails I had never run on before so I decided to try them out. I realized after awhile that I had no idea where I was and that I was lost. If I were to retrace my steps my run would have probably been about 16 miles and I wasn't about to do that so I went to the nearest road and followed it until I got to John Thomas and used their phone to call for a ride. Got a little more mileage than I wanted but it felt good and it was a really hilly run so I could test myself.
