Weather: Deceptively warm
Comments:
Mediocre. Meet jumped ahead on time, leaving me with too little warm-up time and no time to foam roll. Warmup was fine. First 3 laps were great. Came through mile in 5:51, which was ok, not great, not n terrible. The second mile, my shins/calves hurt big league, so much that walking after was an issue. I was also probably not fully hydrated and I got overheated, additionally, running alone is never fun. . Mile 2 was 6:08. Won the race, but not really an accomplishment. Not focused on this one.
