Comments:
6x200 with Joyce, Ilana F-K, Hailey, and Hannah. I felt good and rested on most of the intervals, was able to get on my toes a little bit. I was very thirsty due to to the heat but the long recoveries definitely helped. Ran back slowly with Ilana.
