"Speed" workout

Comments:
After realizing my last 3 workouts were more aggressive, probably shouldnt of done this workout. I realized about 1 lap in that speed was the wrong thing for me to be doing that day, I need recovery. So, instead of doing speed, I started to just drop back behind the pack and run at a much lesser pace. Glor kept wanting me to push it but I knew good and well that I need to let my body rest, speed could've been done at another time. The crappy weather and annoying feeling I had for even showing up demotivated me.
