I want you to take an extra day off this week as it's important to have down" weeks every once in awhile with a little bit of extra rest than usual....plus it's hot as hades out there and we all need to b smart about adjusting!!

So this run can be done today, tues. Or wed.

Clinic is Thursday so depending on when you do this , pace can be adjusted;)
