I'm hoping we can get another quality longervtype run in this week, bc I want to give you a break on Mother's Day weekend;)

So today we are looking for 6 miles...
Please text me about details though bc it will largely depend on how the rest of this week goes.
But I would like to get a 2 mile tempo at a faster type pace in the middle of run.
