Easy run

Comments:
*Had to cut this short. Intense pain in hip/low back area (knee was twinging from sunday on but I was ignoring that)...like can't walk without pain...so not gonna freak out..saw the chiropractor and might get another massage depending on how it feels...not freaking out..i guess we will need to see if I can run later this week or what..did I mention I am not freaking out

Easy 4 miles....
BUT within, the run , would love it if you could get 4x 30 sec. fast pickups in with a 2 min. Jog in between .
I don't care when you do them, but important to get them in!!
