Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Solo long LR at Bowman's Corners. Felt really good. Ran the first 18 without any problems. Had to stop and stretch my hip and hamstring a few times after 2 hours. Felt strong on the hills. Started off easy (6:45-7:00). Dropped the pace after about four miles. Great run. Probably the best in this training stint.
Also I didn't start my watch for about 3-4 minutes so the time and distance are lower than what I actually ran
