Weather: Pollen-y but cooler and nice

Comments:
2x400, 2x300, 2x200 at AU with Jenna, Ana, and Maddi (and Sara, Isabel, and Ilana for the 4s) The 400s felt a little bad, mostly because of the the pollen; but the shorter intervals felt really good, especially the last 200 where I really got on my toes. Not sure what the time for my second 300 was--it was nice having people to push me and I definitely feel a lot sharper this week than last week. Ran back with Jenna, had a really nice conversation and calming run back.
