Comments:
Today was the last day of this. bitter sweet but atleast I can sleep more now during the day. I got to foam roll before class and after spin class so my legs are getting better
This guy and I were racing which probably wasn't the best idea but I ended up going 6:49 mile pace for the 1.5 miles. I'm about to take a nap after I write this
