Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This morning at had an appointment with Van Loon and he told me that I probably won't race much faster than I have been because all of preseason my body was working against me. That's pretty discouraging but still I think I can run at least as fast as last year because it was basically the same. I also think if I learn to mentally race better that will help me improve. My hip was still hurting today but I think I'm ready for tomorrow. My barriers were decent.
